Inner Child Healing

Inner child healing deals with the child like aspect within our self. It reflects on the child we one was. It deals with both the negative and the positive aspects of our childhood. During our childhood if we had some unmet needs, suppressed our emotions or our childlike innocence we will address all those issues one by one.

Working on releasing all the childhood conditionings that are no longer serving your highest and greatest good. We will work on releasing all the unconscious parenting wounds, and societal wounds that have to be healed and released for good.

Repressed emotions relate to you will only receive love from your parent or guardian if you obey and do as you are told. From there we start building on our value system, our self-worth, our self-love and so much more.
