Your body host two prominent types of energies i.e. the Masculine energy also known as “Yang” and the feminine energy also known as “Yin”.
Masculine Energy is very projective, active, expansive, supportive, action driven, assertive, outward driven, etc.
Feminine Energy is very receptive, passive, intuitive, creative, nurturing, filled with unconditional love, kind, etc.
We all present with a great dominance towards one energy than the other in our body. When we balance both these energies within our self is when we feel more at peace and harmony from within. Your life is in constant flow and change inevitable. Equipping yourself with the right tools will help you and guide you through your journey.
Through this workshop we address on grounding and centering our self and aligning with our core.
